Executive Directors

	Nicholas Bryce-Smith Chairman and Chief Executive Appointed 13.06.2001. Joined Bradstock in 1970 and previously served on the Board from 1995 until the end of 1999. He rejoined the Board in June 2001 as Operations Director. In November 2001 he was appointed acting Chairman and Chief Executive following the resignation of Tony Fox from the Board. Age 59.
	Rodney Jeffreys Executive Director Appointed October 2001. A Chartered Accountant he joined Bradstock in 1972 and has been Group Secretary since 1981. He was appointed to the Board in October 2001. Aged 54.
	David Griffiths Group Finance Director Appointed August 2002 A chartered Accountant who has worked within the insurance industry for more than 20 years. He was finance director of Fenchurch plc before being appointed a director of Lambert Fenchurch Group plc in 1997. Subsequently he has been finance director of Crowe Insurance Group and is currently a non-executive director of a number of Insurance businesses. Aged 47.

Non Executive Directors

	Eddie McGrath Joined Bradstock in 1974 and previously served on the Board from 1979 until 1999. From March 1994 until May 1999 he was Chairman of Bradstock. He rejoined the Board on 11th January 2002 as a Non executive Director and he is also a director of another company in the insurance industry. Aged 64.
