Date: For immediate release, 29, September 2003 Appointment Of Provisional Liquidators Further to the earlier announcement today, Bradstock announces that it has this afternoon applied to the High Court for a provisional liquidation order in respect of Bradstock Group plc and three of its subsidiaries. The High Court has made an order appointing Gareth Hughes and Martin Fishman of Earnst & Young as joint provisional liquidators. Bradstock Group has ceased trading in consequence of its inability to secure the renewal of its professional indemnity policy at an affordable premium. The provisional liquidators are having discussions with the directors in order to realise the assets of the Group to best advantage.
